Our Financial Services Provider / Employee Benefits Insurance client in Bellville Cape Town is looking for an experienced Senior Administration from the Employee Benefits industry like portfolios pensions, medical aids, and umbrella funds. The Purpose of the Senior Administrator is to provide full administrative functions for the Admin Department and to administer a portfolio of funds.
Salary Negotiable plus medical aid
Qualifications and Experience
Matric and/or equivalent qualification, Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement funds (COP)
3 years’ experience in similar or work-related position with good knowledge of Employee Benefits
Computer literacy – Advanced Office
Good understanding of Administration systems (Everest will be advantage)
Full admin responsibility for a portfolio
Assist the team and workflow management.
Monthly update reconciliations & year-end reports
Process Death, Disability Claim, Retirements, cheque releasing, Benefit statements.
Dealing with client queries and attend meetings
To oversee administration queries
