Sales Administrator Goodwood Cape Town

Our Manufacturing Client is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator in Goodwood Cape Town. The Candidate must work well under pressure, be very accurate and efficient, and have at least 3 years relevant work experience.

Min Requirements

  • Matric
  • 3 Years Relevant Experience as a Sales Administrator/Ordering/Telesales/internal sales
  • Internal Sales Administration
  • Quotations on all products
  • Inter-branch stock transfers
  • Proforma Invoices for COD customers. Await payment before invoicing
  • Receive orders via email
  • Capturing of orders in Accpac
  • Check stock availability
  • Handling and completion of customer queries
  • Following up with customer enquiries
  • Advising customers on product availability and lead times
  • General liaising
  • Informing customers on new products and special offers
