Procurement Admin Assistant Ndabeni Pinelands Cape Town 

Admin Assistant opportunity at one of our manufacturing client in Ndabeni Pinelands Cape Town

Requirements :

  • Matric
  • 3 years experience on general administration as well as time keeping, attendance record keeping
  • Experience in Procurement, Inventory, Stock and raw materials
  • Strong in Procurement and Inventory
  • Ms excel ( advanced ie formulas etc)

Responsibilities :

  • Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and reconciling invoices
  • Verification of market related rates between suppliers
  • Sending emails
  • Managing documents and files for the company
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and presentations, interviews, events and other similar activities
  • Answering the phone
  • Assisting in various daily operations
