Admin Assistant opportunity at one of our manufacturing client in Ndabeni Pinelands Cape Town
Requirements :
- Matric
- 3 years experience on general administration as well as time keeping, attendance record keeping
- Experience in Procurement, Inventory, Stock and raw materials
- Strong in Procurement and Inventory
- Ms excel ( advanced ie formulas etc)
Responsibilities :
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and reconciling invoices
- Verification of market related rates between suppliers
- Sending emails
- Managing documents and files for the company
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and presentations, interviews, events and other similar activities
- Answering the phone
- Assisting in various daily operations
