Learning and Development Consultant Banking Sandton Gauteng

Our Banking client in Sandton is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to ensure the effective implementation of learning and development solutions to address all development needs. Guides and assists with the overall provision of learning and development solutions aligned with business strategic objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric, with B-degree or equivalent NQF qualification, specializing in training and development
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Banking – Learning and Development Consultant
  • Registered Skills Development Facilitator (SDF)

Key Competencies (Skills, knowledge and personal attributes)

  • Good knowledge of all relevant legislation i.e. Skills Development, SAQA
  • Good knowledge of performance management processes and principles
  • Good knowledge of coaching processes
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Communicate fluently i.e. excellent writing and verbal skills
  • Ability to build good working relationships with managers and staff
  • Good knowledge of training/ learning principles
  • Self-confidence, credibility and impact
  • Drive, energy and results oriented
  • Proactive approach – researches and follows up on opportunities
  • Intermediate level MS Office
