Financial Office Administrator Salt river Cape Town
My client in Salt river Cape Town Epping is looking for a Financial and Office Administrator with approximately 5 years’ experience in dealing with these two functions.

Min Requirements
Matric and a valid financial qualification
5 Years financial experienced
5 Years General Office Administration experience
Valid license and own car essential
Financial qualification advantageous
Responsibilities:
Office administration like procurements, accounts, client services, contracts, and general admin operational duties
Processing of GRV’ s / GRS’ s Processing of Credit notes Monitor &sales reports
Daily filing (Banking, Invoices, Picking slips, Credit notes, IBO’s, IBO
Handling Petty Cash, reconciling Petty Cash
Monitor, update Fuel spend recon
Authorisation on banking issues
Monitoring/ coaching / mentoring Cashier and General Office Assistant functions.
Debtors, Creditors and Cashbook
