Executive Assistant Century City Cape Town

Our client in Century City Cape Town is looking for an Executive Assistant / PA with 5-10 years plus experience high level executive assistant to CEO and other management members.

Salary Negotiable plus benefits

Education:

Matric

University degree or National Diploma in Administration or similar.

Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as Executive Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.

Excellent in MS Office, Manual and Digital Diaries, Excel and above average Powerpoint experience

Responsibilities:

Manage, coordinate, and maintain calendar of Directors including appointments, meetings, and travel.

Responsible for organising of internal and external meetings on behalf of the Directors ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.

Provide executive and administrative support to the Directors.

Responsible for organising Directors travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.

Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to Director’s office including phone calls, emails and walk ins, ensuring correct department distribution.

Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the Directors, including drafting, and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments.
