Our Technology Client in Cape Town is looking for a Digital Support Specialist with 3-4 years’ experience. Our client is seeking an individual who lives and breathes all things digital technology and can provide a consistently stellar customer experience for a key segment of our customers. Customer obsessed by putting them at the centre of everything we do, and is passionate about the world class experiences you offer to their customers. You need previous and current customer service or sales experience, love technology, thrive in a fast pace environment, and can connect with a diverse range of people
Handle a wide variety of work and strives for continuous development.
Has a passion for working day-to-day within a team that thrives on sharing knowledge and expertise (to support a culture of continuous learning, where you learn from others and they learn from you).
Technology obsessed, you have mastery of all things mobile device related, and you can translate the complex into everyday language.
Is adaptable and flexible to changes as our customers need us to be, within a team and as a business.
Supporting a key customer segment with their technology needs.
This role has little limits and will require an individual with a growth mindset.
The team you will work with is made up of customer obsessed people who are also self-driving their own learning.
