Technical Support Agent Disability Cape Town
Our client is seeking a Cape Town based Technical Support Agent in their Technical Support Department with previous Technical Contact Centre experience. Must be able to work shifts.
Position Type: Permanent

Salary: Market Related CTC (Include Provident fund and Medical aid)
Shifts – On rotation: 8am to 5pm (Office based)
12:00 to 9pm (Office based)
5pm to 2am (Work from home)
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
English, with a second and/or third language would be advantageous
Technical troubleshooting experience
Call/Contact centre experience
Must be able to work shifts
Effective management of customer faults and queries
