Job Description

Human Resource Officer Parow Industrial Cape Town

Our Manufacturing client seeks the expertise of a Human Resource Officer with 3-5 years plus experience from UNIONS experience in the manufacturing industry.

Salary: Market related

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification in Human Resources Management or related field

3-5 years’ experience in HR officer / HR ∂ Generalist

Experience in a Manufacturing / FMCG

Must have unionised environment experience and able to deal with Unions.

Experience with SETA Administration

Employment & labour legislation

Payroll systems and processes

Recruitment & selection
