The Sales and Customer service Team Leader will develop and lead a team of Call Centre Advisors. They will be responsible for the development and for communicating company goals and briefs to the team. The Team Leader motivates the team and assesses performance. They will provide help to the Operations Manager and general management, including assistance with the hiring and training, and they will also keep management updated on team performance. There will also be areas client liaison and reporting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Proactively manage all aspects of the role on a daily basis
· Must be a people engaged leader that is both transparent and honest in their approach
· Manage To create a motivated, positive, ‘can do’ atmosphere
· Have an understanding of HR policies and processes
· To live and breathe the values of the business and to drive the business culture
Minimum 2 Years of experience managing international customer service and sales campaigns
