Service Administrator Montague Gardens
Assist with the service department administration requirements and provide a support role to the service manager and Service Controller.
Experience
  • Matric
  • Must have a minimum 3 years or more relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Autoline experience
  • Need to be able to work under pressure.
  • Own reliable transport is essential
Responsibilities
  • Receiving and professionally handling customer calls and enquiries
  • E– Mail and approved quotes to customers.
  • Regular follow up’s with customers regarding quotes submitted.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding order numbers.
  • Prepare quotations via Autoline, communicate to customer for approval and purchase order, converting the approved quotation into a job card.
  • To assist in debtors’ queries and resolve before jobs proceed.
  • Capturing of breakdown and/or customer job cards.
  • Invoicing job cards daily with the correct supporting documentation, ensuring that work in progress is kept to a minimum.
  • Manage an effective document control and filling system for the workshop
  • Ensure that all job cards and WIP`s are processed and billed to the correct customers, in line with monthly deadline requirements.
  • Weekly forecast reports.
