Our client based in Rondebosch, Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a Secretary with at least 3-5 years working in an Investment Company.
- Matric, with Secretarial Qualification
- Excellent in MS Office Software, Excel and PowerPoint
- Investment Industry
- Must have Project Management Experience
- Excellent Communicator.
- 3-5 Year Experience as a Secretary.
- Typing – 60+ words per minute
- Working Experience as a Highly experience Secretary or Executive Personal Assistant
- High levels of computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Database management, Email, Internet Explorer)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Excellent organization and planning skills – Ability to multi-task; be pro-active and show initiative
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Excellent in Typing and documentation
- Full Executive PA duties
