Our client based in Rondebosch, Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a Secretary with at least 3-5 years working in an Investment Company.

Salary: Negotiable

Min Requirements

  • Matric, with Secretarial Qualification
  • Excellent in MS Office Software, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Investment Industry
  • Must have Project Management Experience
  • Excellent Communicator.
  • 3-5 Year Experience as a Secretary.
  • Typing – 60+ words per minute


  • Working Experience as a Highly experience Secretary or Executive Personal Assistant
  • High levels of computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Database management, Email, Internet Explorer)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Excellent organization and planning skills – Ability to multi-task; be pro-active and show initiative
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Excellent in Typing and documentation
  • Full Executive PA duties
