2-3 Years’ experience as a Receptionist Office Administrator

Computer Literate

Duties

  • Full Receptionist duties
  • Answer the Switchboard and reply calls
  • Take messages
  • Ensure messages where returned
  • Assist Clients with enquiries
  • General Typing of documents
  • Dealing with Courier companies when stock is send or delivered
  • Stock capturing
  • General Day to day small items like couriers/petty cash/order controls and confirmations, office supplies.
