Well established client in the Finance industry, are looking for a Payroll Administrator with 5+ years experience. Must have experience with Multi Company Payroll with a staff compliment of 500+ employees

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Sage VIP Premier Experience (Formal Training advantage)
  • Ability to perform in a high pressure environment
  • Microsoft Office (Excel Advanced)
  • Non-Negotiable Requirements Clear Credit and Criminal checks
  • Validation of Highest Level of Education
  • Valid Reference from your Reporting Manager (not a friend).
  • South African citizenship

Some of the Key Duties:

  • Full Payroll Function (500+ employees)
  • Multi Company Payroll
  • SARS Monthly, Midyear and Year End Submissions
  • All Statutory reporting (UIF, PAYE Etc.)
  • Time and Attendance Filling Administration Personnel File Administration Directives
  • Third party Administration (provident fund / Medical aid / Garnishee / Union)
  • Payroll Queries Month-end Reporting Payroll GL reconciliation Loading of new employee
