A Recruitment Agency in Century City Cape Town is looking for an Experienced OUTBOUND Customer Care Call Centre Agents Lead Generator with Office Administrator experience to join their dynamic team in Century City Cape Town.
A person with Recruitment interest will be an added benefit. To start Jan or Feb 2019
Salary and Incentives / commission – Negotiable Based on Target and expectations.
- 3 years’ Experience in doing outbound sales call centre duties – Selling a Recruitment Service
- 2 Years General office Administration experience in Recruitment would be an advantage
- Experienced with EXCEL and MS word – Good in Typing
- Lead Generations – searching for new clients
- Sourcing New Clients – Drive to make sales TARGET DRIVEN A MUST
- Phone and follow up with clients to close deals
- Negotiate rates and requirements
- Compile Call list and Results
- Be responsible to lead the function of getting new business
