Our Client in Montague Gardens Cape Town is looking for an Office Manager / Secretary with 3-5 years Office Management experience. / PA / Secretarial experience. Expeirence from the Imports Exports Industry beneficial

Salary Very Negotiable plus benefits

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric, Secretarial Qualification
  • 3-5 years Personal Assistance / Secretarial experience – from an Architectural Industry would be a bonus
  • Office Manager Experience of 5 Years in an Exports Imports Environment
  • Managing an Office of 6 Administrators, Pa’s and Receptionist
  • Working experience on MS Office packages (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Able to understand drawing and plans
  • Project costings experience
  • Dealing with Executives
  • Must be able to Compile and Present PowerPoint Presentations
  • Experience with Minute taking at meetings
  • Arranging functions, Travel and Visa arrangements
  • Day to Day admin
