Our client in the long-term investment in Greenpoint Cape Town is looking for a Office administrator/ PA – Office Manager

Salary R 15000 – R 25000 pm (Performance based 13th Cheque) plus Parking & Cell phone

Min Requirements

  • Matric
  • Office Administration Certificate or Diploma – ADDED Benefits
  • 5 Years Office Administration & Solid PA Experience
  • Computer literate – MS Office Application, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Requirements

  • Manage the company’s administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • PA Related Duties – Arrange local and international travel and accommodation
  • Assist in administrative support on projects, reports, or tasks as per request
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle when appropriate
  • Receive clients, manage mail and courier services
  • Take minutes during meetings where appropriate
  • Arrange signatures of documents from clients/partners
  • Assisting with general office admin
