Our Client in Tygervalley Cape Town is looking for a Receptionist Administrator with about 3-5 years plus experience. Needs to be good in Microsoft products

Min requirements

  • Matric
  • Administration receptionist certificate welcome – added advantage
  • 2 – 3 Years’+experience as a Office Administrator Receptionist
  • Excellent phone etiquette and Professional attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Manage reception switchboard, answering, screening, transferring incoming calls and referring inquiries to correct departments.
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Direct clients by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Provide coffee and tea to clients
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail, dispatching of courier parcels and follow-up
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Update calendars and book Boardroom for meetings
  • Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and e-mails.
