Well Established Manufacturing Company in Parow Industrial Cape Town is looking for a well experienced Office Administrator / Receptionist

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • 2-3 Years of Experience as Office Administrator / Receptionist / Sales Orders
  • Computer literate – Excel & Microsoft and Outlook
  • Positive passionate personality

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receptionist Duties – Switchboard operator
  • Screen Directors and management calls
  • Taking Telephonic Sales / Order Calls when sales lines are busy
  • Ensuring all office stationery and cleaning materials are ordered for Office Use
  • Call on Catering Companies to assist with functions ect
  • Make Bookings and appointment for Clients to see senior management and organize catering
  • Make Courier and Parcels arrangements
  • Petty Cash (only after probation period of 3 months)
  • Accurate Capture Goods Received Voucher on System
  • Process Stock purchase orders
  • Keep Outstanding purchase order records up to date – Internal Software program
  • Phone Debtors as and when required
  • Typing of Sales Quotes for sales team as and when required
  • Assist during stock take when required
  • Prepare Boardroom meetings
  • Liaise with Head Office wages regarding staff attendance / absence / sick etc.
  • General Record Keeping
  • To be willing to be trained as a Health and Safety Rep for the company
