Office Administrator PA Receptionist Killarney Gardens Cape Town

Our client requires an Office Administrator PA to COO and Office Receptionist (Not a busy switchboard) with 2-3-year experience (this is not a senior PA position) within all the mentioned duties and someone the Health & Safety Training Industry. HR Training or coming from an HR back round will be an advantage. Have you worked in a similar Training Company environment where training takes place or at the office or at the client’s premises.

Salary up to R 12000pm

Min Requirements
•    Matric
•    2-3 years secretarial / PA / administration experience – Good ADMIN All Rounder All Ad hoc duties
•    Knowledge of the health and safety industry – AN Advantage
•    Qualification: HR/Admin/Secretary/Legal
•    Must have Own vehicle & Driver’s license (Required from time to time to visit clients to collect or drop of documents)
•    Experience with Microsoft, Excel and Outlook – Intermediate Experience needed (Will be tested)
•    Basic PowerPoint experience

Duties:
•    Switchboard / Reception duties – Small Switchboard – Taking messages
•    All Email Correspondence between Clients (New or OLD) and Companies Staff or Managers
•    Welcomes visitors and ensuring they have appointments
•    Organising Bookings meetings in Boardrooms – Arranging Catering
•    PA Related duties to the COO (Not a Senior role)
•    PA duties like – Typing of documents, like bookings of flights, accommodation, customer service and taking minutes
•    Typing of minutes and other documents
•    Arranging Meetings and Appointments for staff and management
•    Professional Filling and record keeping
•    Typing up of training manual Monitoring logbooks
•    Monitor and Update Training Schedules
•    Issuing visitor badges & Manages bookings
•    Assist with daily operations
•    HR Administration Experience will be an advantage – to updated HR Records e.g leave days ect ect
•    Experience within the Health & Safety Training Industry will be an advantage
•    General Administration as required by Management
