Min Requirements

Matric / Office administration Qualification an added advantage
2-3 years’ experience as Administrator – Preferable from another agency.
Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must have a proven track record in Administration and working under pressure.
Must be able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
Must be loyal, trustworthy and hard working.

Duties – include, but not limited to:

Answering the phone – Reception duties, taking messages and assisting clients and candidates
General Recruitment Administration to recruiters,
PA to 2 Directors when needed
Typing of CV’s and other documents as per request, must be able to type at least 40-50 WPM
Make bookings / appointments for interviews for the consultants,
Booking of Interviews
Internal Sales / Cold Calling (phone for new business),
Update websites, loading Jobs
Ad hoc duties
