Our Wholesale Client in Maitland is looking for an Office Administrator with 5 years overall admin experience.

  • Generate invoices and quotations on SAGE Pastel.
  • Daily scan and file all invoices, signed delivery notes and service records.
  • Debtors – collect outstanding money and report weekly.
  • Signup and process the price increase for and contract renewal all retainer clients.
  • Set up client meetings.
  • Process all Suppliers invoices.
  • Process inventory sheets on Pastel.
  • Answer and Direct all incoming calls.
  • Assist Sales department with follow ups and appointments.
  • Customer service follow up calls.
  • Assist Operations and Logistics with rostered services and managing the calendar.
  • Co-ordinating services and changes to route plan/logistic.
