HR Officer & Payroll Administrator Cape Town CBD Gardens 

Our Client a Logistics Giant is looking for a HR Officer & Payroll Administrator (VIP Payroll) in Gardens Cape Town CBD 2-4  years’ experience.

Salary Highly Negotiable plus benefits

Min Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Labour Relations
  • A thorough understanding of all appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSH, EEA, SDA)
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience as a HR Generalist / HR Officer & Pay Roll Administrator
  • Payroll Experience – VIP Payroll 50 Employees
  • Work experience within Manufacturing Industry would be an advantage
  • Experience in the management of skills development, employment equity and health and safety
  • Strong industrial relations skills
  • CCMA experience

 Duties include:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Skills development – coordinate, and conduct training sessions
  • Employment equity initiatives – ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Performance Management and People Development
  • Ensure personnel records are up-to-date
  • Facilitate the management of disciplinary and grievances
  • Advise, coach and support line on the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • HR reporting and administration
  • Employee wellness initiatives
  • Drive employment equity, health and safety
