HR Business Partner Stellenbosch Cape Winelands Cape Town

Our Client in Stellenbosch is looking for a HR Business Partner with 5-8 years experience.

Salary Very Negotiable 

Required Minimum Qualification and Training:
• Grade 12
• Relevant HR Degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
• Post Graduate Degree (added advantage)

Required Minimum Work Experience:
• 5 – 7 years experience in a Human Resources generalist environment
• 5 years experience in a Management role

Support Business through the Employee Lifecycle:

• Analyse business trends and advise line managers and HR on recommended solutions
• Provide line managers with advice pertaining to HR policies and procedures
• Identify short/medium term recruitment issues and recommend solutions
• Assist business in recruiting the right calibre of staff required, in line with EE goals

Ensure high quality of HR support & service delivery:
• Engage with business to develop positive relationships and drive collaboration
• Coordinate delivery of HR services to ensure that queries and requests are resolved efficiently
• Manage expectations of stakeholders in terms of delivery timelines
• Identify projects or initiatives that would assist business in improving productivity
• Support initiatives that assist business in improving productivity

Performance & Talent Management:
• Engage with employees and leaders to support talent retention
• Assist in identifying skills gaps and advise on interventions to address poor performance
• Provide advice on succession, retention and development plans
• Support business in the performance management and grievance process

Compliance to HR Policies & Procedures:
• Drive consistent application of HR processes and policies within the business
• Ensure adherence to legislation in terms of compliance (BCEA,LRA and DCA)
• Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures into business area
• Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies
• Ensure business is aware of and adheres to EE targets

Reporting:
• Provide regular feedback reports and status updates regarding HR initiatives
• Identify, analyse and report on HR trends and recommended solutions
• Prepare and submit weekly status reports to business units
• Provide input into to monthly HR departmental reports
