Administrative Officer Cape Town Central

Our financial Services Client in Cape Town Central Cape Town CBD is looking for an Administrative officer with 2 years’ experience. This person must have a car as they will need to travel to a different branch in Stellenbosch once a week to do admin.

Salary Negotiable

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 2 years’ experience with Finance Administration experience Financial Sectors, Loads, Investments, short term insurance Added Bonus
  • Must have Own car (will be working in Cape Town and must travel once per week to our firm in Stellenbosch Techno Park to do Admin filling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel), Pastel

Responsibilities

  • Administrative and Receive file with loans
  • Check with specific Attorney if information is missing and or incorrect
  • Create new files for each client and assign a code
  • Work hand in hand with the finance department for controlling purposes
  • Stellenbosch premises – all loan files must be brought to our offices and filed according to assigned codes (1x per week)
  • All administrative duties regarding the above
  • Good organisational skills
