PA / Branch Administrator – Brackenfell Industrial Northern Suburbs Cape Town
- Matric, Administration Certificate / Diploma would be an advantage.
- MUST have some Pastel or similar accounting software experience
- 3-4 years’ experiences in Administrator position
- 3 years solid General Secretarial / PA Experience
- Computer literate
- Must have an accurate approached towards Admin and Policies and Procedures.
- General office duties – answering telephone calls, typing correspondence, attending to incoming / outgoing faxes and e-mails.
- Banking and petty cash.
- Sending / receiving of parcels and shipments
- Orders / Quotes
- Attending to inventory control within the branch
- Attending to incoming sales orders and back orders
- Secretarial duties for branch staff and visitors from other branches. Including travel and accommodation arrangements, staff diaries and appointments, etc.
