- Manage the recruitment & selection process from start to finish.
- CV response handling and contacting the shortlisted candidates.
- Screening and ensuring candidates matches clients job requirements and qualifications needed for the job.
- Finally we conduct professional interviews with the selected shortlisted candidates.
- Compile a list of candidate progressing to the final round.
INTERVIEWS AND PLACEMENT
- Pre-screening of shortlist, filtering and finalizing short-listing of top candidates.
- Conducting planned interviews.
- Decide on shortlisted applicants.
- Compiling reports and recommendations to clients.
- Conduct employee verification checks as per request.
- The clients interviews selected candidates from the shortlist presented.
- Client decides on a suitable candidate to employ.
- We assist by facilitating the offer ensuring sign off and complete the recruitment process & placement.
