It is important to read through this candidate registration terms and conditions page as you need to understand and adhere to the set out terms. We have recently introduced the POPI Act of 2013 and it’s now set in Law as of July 2021.

As a job seeker/newly registered candidate on our website, you need to comply with and accept these terms and conditions.

  1. I acknowledge that FROGG Recruitment provides a service(s) to its candidates/ job seekers and to its client’s (new prospective employer) and is paid by this client and only acts as an Agent between the Client (new prospective employer) and  Candidate / Job Seeker. Therefore, an interview with FROGG Recruitment does not necessarily guarantee employment nor an interview with either FROGG Recruitment or their Client(s). Successful Candidates will be contacted for an Interview by FROGG Recruitment if the Client accepts the Applicant’s application after the screening and interview process through FROGG Recruitment. 
  2. I hereby give permission for FROGG Recruitment to:
    1. Safe and store my personal information accordingly to the POPI Act of 2013 /Review and in play as from July 2021. read more.
    2. Conduct verbal references on my person and competencies requested by the Client / Prospective New Employer according to the POPI Act 
    3. Host my Curriculum Vitae / Professional Profile on a database.
    4. After mutual agreement, transmit / send any / all my personal details to its client(s) or a third party as per POPI ACT.
  3. I agree to be a responsible and professional representative of FROGG Recruitment SA during any interview or assignment.
  4. I will inform FROGG Recruitment of any other offers obtained during the recruitment process.
  5. I agree to not contact the client/prospective new employer during the time that FROGG Recruitment is busy with the recruitment process.
  6. I agree that all information supplied to FROGG Recruitment and its clients are true and accurate.

NON-DISCLOSER AGREEMENT:

By accepting you agree not to contact the client during or after the interview process directly or indirect through a 3rd Party.

I hereby declare that the information provided is true and correct, that all references supplied are bona fide, that no information that can influence my application is withheld and that by clicking on accepting I agree to all the above conditions.
