Recruitment Administrator, Century City, Cape Town

We are an established Recruitment Agency that service clients Nationally with recruitment. We have a hard working, dynamic, positive and success driven team. This role with ultimately move into Recruiter position to do the full 360 degrees of recruitment for various clients.

Salary Negotiable + Commission (Incentive)

Min Requirements
•    Matric / Office administration Qualification an added advantage
•    1-3 years’ experience in Recruitment Administration / Junior Recruiter – Preferable from another agency.
•    Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
•    Must have a passion for Recruitment
•    Must have a proven track record in Recruitment Administration and working under pressure.
•    Must be able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
•    Must show attention to detail and always be professional.

Duties – include, but not limited to:
•    Answering the phone – Reception duties, taking messages and assisting clients and candidates
•    General Recruitment Administration to Team
•    Typing of CV’s and other documents as per request
•    Make bookings / appointments for interviews for the consultants
•    Do reference checks for each Candidate when needed
•    Conduct checks like, Criminal, ITC and education.
•    Booking of Interview & Board Rooms
•    Internal Sales / Cold Calling (phone for new business) – Incentives will be a bonus
•    Update websites, loading Jobs and do research on new business listings
•    Ad hoc duties
