Min Requirements
  • Matric / Office administration Qualification an added advantage
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Recruitment Administration Recruiter – Preferable from another agency.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must have a passion for Recruitment HR or busy with HR qualification.
  • Must have a proven track record in Administration and working under pressure.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
  • Must be loyal, trustworthy and hard working.
Duties – include, but not limited to:
  • Answering the phone – Reception duties, taking messages and assisting clients and candidates
  • General Recruitment Administration to recruiters,
  • PA to 2 Directors when needed
  • Typing of CV’s and other documents as per request, must be able to type at least 40-50 WPM
  • Make bookings / appointments for interviews for the consultants,
  • Booking of Interview & Board Rooms
  • Internal Sales / Cold Calling (phone for new business),
  • Update websites, loading Jobs
  • Ad hoc duties
