Our client requires a Receptionist Office Administrator with 2-5 years’ experience within the Health & Safety Training Industry. HR experience will be an advantage.
Duties:
  • Switchboard / Reception duties
  • Welcomes visitors
  • Monitoring logbooks
  • Issuing visitor badges
  • Manages bookings
  • Assist with daily operations
  • HR Administration Experience will be an advantage
  • Experience within the Health & Safety Training Industry will be an advantage
  • General Administration as required by Office Manager
