Financial & Office Administrator Somerset West / Strand Cape Winelands (Importers of Products)

Our Client an Importer of Goods and distributor in Somerset West Cape Winelands is looking for a Financial & Office Administrator to assist with processing of invoices, some debtors and creditors and office administration 2-3 years’ experience. On Pastel and be able to work on Ms Office, Outlook, Excel and be computer literate.

Salary Negotiable to experience Up to R 12000 pm

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Financial and Office Administrator
  • Worked in as a Financial Administrator before doing basic bookkeeping
  • Working on Excel, PASTEL and be Computer Literate
  • Very Administration Aligned
  • Powerpoint, Excel and Ms office

Job Requirements

  • Basic Processing of Invoices / Basic Bookkeeping on Pastel
  • Financial Administration needed to Assist the Accountant
  • Banking FNB
  • Invoicing – Doing Quotes, sending out Invoices to Clients and Recon thereof on EXCEL, Debtoor and then PASTEL
  • Assist with Debtors & Creditors – PASTEL
  • HR Administration Duties – this will form part of your Duties at a later stage
  • General Administration duties
  • Office Administration – Assisting with Import documentation and follow ups
  • Customer Service – Dealing with Queries and request
