Administration Assistant / PA Century City Cape Town

Our Client a professional corporate client is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant in Century city with at least 3 years’ experience and above average good in Office Admin / Typing, excel and PowerPoint.

Salary between R 8000 – R 12000 pm Office hours is 9 to 5pm

Min Requirements

  • Matric
  • Office administrative Certificate an added advantage
  • 3- years office administration experience
  • Above Averages Proficiency with Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Need good Typing skills – at least 45 WPM Will be tested
  • SAGE One – Experience – An Added Advantage
  • Self-directive – Organised, meticulous, attention to detail, reliable and solutions focussed

Job Duties

  • PA related duties – Handling my travel bookings and schedule and other
  • Basic financial recons 0n SAGE One Business
  • Office admin – Typing of documents
  • Completing proposals in PowerPoint standard formats – NEED GOOD EXPERIENCE ON PowerPoint
  • Importing excel project budgets into PowerPoint proposals
  • Creating an efficient electronic filing system
  • Ensuring efficient electronic filing of all client information
