What is the purpose of Captcha Verification code (Security code)?

This is to make sure you your details completed are correct and to send a verification email to your email address. Please make sure carefully read the letters inside the security block enter correctly. Please note that you can select different letters if it’s not clear enough. The system will clear all your details if the code was incorrectly added.

I don’t have a work permit; can I apply for the jobs advertised?

The jobs advertised are intended for individuals who have permission to live and work in the stipulated country unless the advert states otherwise. Please make sure you meet this legal requirement before applying.

A couple of days ago I saw a job advertised, but I can’t find it now, could you contact me with the advertiser?

No we can’t. If the advert is not there any longer, it’s because the advertiser doesn’t want to receive more applications and the position has been filled.

I can’t find any job in my professional field/location, what am I doing wrong?

Probably you are doing nothing wrong. Simply, there isn’t any employer that has advertised any job in your field/location. Keep on visiting our website for new positions. Also ensure that you have set your Job Alerts.

I’m interested in one of the jobs advertised, what do I do?

Register and apply online. The relevant consultant will contact you if you meet all the requirements. If you don’t hear from us within 2 weeks, your application was unsuccessful.

I can’t remember my password; could you please send me a reminder?

Yes. If you want to request a password reminder, please use the option at Login details.

How will you use my email address?

We will only use your email address to send you CV update reminders and to contact you for matters directly linked to this website. We will NEVER use your email address for marketing purposes, sell or disclose it to third parties.

Do I have to give my personal details?

Yes, as we need to get hold of you and to make sure all your requirement fits our client job description.

Who will be able to access my CV?

Only Frogg Recruitment SA Consultants will be able to access the CV database. All information is kept safe and secure.

For how long will you keep my CV in your database?

As long as you keep it on there. We will send you an email from time to time asking you to update your CV. This is just to make sure your details are correct and that you are still in the Job market.

Can I remove my CV from your database? How?

Yes you can. To do so, please use the Jobseeker Dashboard.

I’d like to make changes on my CV, where do I go?

If you want to make changes or update your details, please go to Jobseeker Dashboard and “Edit Profile”.

Can I send you my CV by email?

No, you can only register online.

How much does it cost?

Nothing, it’s free.

Why should I add my CV to your database?

Add your CV to our database and employers will be able to access your details and contact you if they believe you meet their requirements. You can apply for vacancies or let the employers come to you.

I only want to receive jobs on my specific field, is that possible?

Yes, you must make sure you set your Job Alert with the relevant locations and categories.

The Job Alerts I receive do not match the skills on my CV, why?

You will receive all the vacancies published in the locations and categories you specified when you subscribed and selected your specific Job alerts. This process is totally independent from the CV database.

I’m subscribed, but I don’t receive anything, why?

If you don’t receive anything it’s because no employer has advertised any vacancy in the locations and categories specified by you. That’s why it’s important to complete your profile 100%. Please keep on visiting our website and apply online.

I’m already subscribed, but I’d like to receive the emails in a different email address, how do I change it?

To change your search requirements or email address, please use the Jobseeker Dashboard.
